Process

This process is to gather the users that are assigned to a Microsoft 365 Subscription

• Login into the O365 Tenant in question (admin.microsoft.com)
• Go to Billing → Licences → Select the Subscription → Export Users (it creates a .CSV file)
• Open up the file and remove all Columns except for “Display Name”, “User Principal Name”, “Licenses”
