Accessing Reolink Cameras Post-Adobe Flash Support Termination
With the discontinuation of Adobe Flash Player at the end of 2020, users of Reolink cameras that previously relied on Flash for web access have encountered challenges.eolink has addressed this issue by releasing new firmware that enables web access without the need for Adobe Flash Player.his article provides guidance on updating your camera's firmware and accessing your Reolink devices via web browsers.
Firmware Update

Identify Applicable Models:
- This update applies to all Reolink cameras that support web access, except for models with hardware version IPC_3816.

Download the Latest Firmware:
- Visit the Reolink Download Center to find and download the appropriate firmware for your camera model.
- Upgrade Process: Follow the instructions provided in How to Upgrade Firmware for Reolink Products to update your camera's firmware.
Accessing Reolink Devices via Web Browsers: After updating the firmware, you can access your Reolink cameras, NVRs, and Home Hub locally through web browsers.
Web Browser Compatibility
- Reolink devices can be accessed via Edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox.
- Note: Safari on iOS does not support the FLV protocol, so live preview may not be available; however, the camera's settings interface remains accessible.
Supported Models
- Battery-powered WiFi Cameras – Must connect to Reolink Home Hub or Reolink NVR.
- NVR Kit Cameras (no UID) – Must connect to an NVR.
- E1, E1 Pro, and Lumus Cameras – Must connect to Reolink Home Hub or Reolink NVR.
- TrackMix Wired LTE Camera – Wired connection required.
- 4G LTE cameras and cameras with hardware version IPC_3816 – Not supported.
- All Other Cameras – Standalone support or require connection to Reolink Home Hub or NVR.
- All Reolink NVRs – Fully supported.
- All Reolink Home Hubs – Fully supported.
Access Steps

Check Port Settings: Ensure that the HTTP/HTTPS ports are open.
- On the Reolink App: Navigate to Device Settings > Network > Advanced to open the relevant ports. On the Reolink Client: Go to Device Settings > Network > Advanced > Server settings to open the relevant ports.

Find the Device IP Address
- Use the Reolink App or Client to check the IP address of your device. - or NVR users, use the NVR's IP address found under Settings > Network > Network Status.

Access via Browser
- Enter the device's IP address in your web browser's address bar. Log in with your username and password (default username is 'admin'; the password is the one you set during initial setup). Sccessing via HTTP, you may need to append the HTTP port to the IP address (e.g.,
