Voicemail PIN Never Saves
The user keeps getting prompted to set a PIN every time they log into their mailbox

If a user continually is prompted to change their password to access their voicemail each time they log in, there is a common issue that can cause this.
SOLUTION
Make the PIN something different than the extension. In many phone systems, if the PIN is set to the same extention number as the Voicemail, it is considered a temporary password. Simply create a new Pin, and this prompt should stop. If it does continue, please contact Cloud Choice for further assistance.
