General Information

Cloud Choice Voice has an app that allows you to have your office-line on your desktop. Follow the steps below to download the application, and get it set up. If you need further assistance, contact us at 772-210-4150.

Download the App

To download the application on your phone, navigate to the website https://www.bicomsystems.com/download/#communicator

Click on the icon to download the installer. (Pick your computer operating system to download.)

Windows

Run the Installer

1. Run the downloaded Communicator.exe.
   1. If you see a Windows Defender popup, press More Info, then Run Anyways
2. Continue to press Next in the installer until it finishes.
   1. It may require you to close out Outlook
3. Open the newly installed Communicator
4. Select Password Login
5. Enter your login details:
   1. Email: Your email address
   2. Password: The password provided in your onboarding email
6. Press Advanced
   1. Login server: ccv1.cctpbx.com
7. Press Next
8. You will then be asked to create a new password

Reset Your Password
